It’s PISA day

Hear the buzz? Results from PISA 2018 are out today.

We’ve made it easy for you to get as much information about the findings as you want. For a quick read, we’ve compiled the executive summaries of the three volumes of results released today. If you’d like to know Andreas Schleicher’s thoughts on the results and what they mean for education policy, see his PISA 2018: Insights and Interpretations. If you want to dig even deeper, the three volumes of the PISA 2018 Results give you ample data to mine.

You can find all of these publications – and much more – on the PISA website. There are videos describing the results and the assessment itself; a graphic snapshot of students’ performance in all 79 countries and economies that participated in PISA 2018; and data visualisations and country-specific notes through which you can see how your country’s performance compares with that of other countries. If you’re looking for a challenge, you can even take the test yourself.
